Catastrophically understaffed. Either properly staff these places or just close them. Showing up to a line of 9 people with only one person helping is absolutely insane.

This is the worst experience at a bank.i came to open a new bank account and been waiting for like an hour and later one of the bankers came and tells me that we are not able to help!!

Horrible service made me wait 30 mins plus just to withdraw my tax’s under 2k All around bad service waist your time and they are saposed to work for you , go to a different branch or just switch banks
