The employee (I believe that the name on his work shirt was CJ) was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me a couple of options for a battery replacement in a no pressure fashion. I probably could have purchased a cheaper battery elsewhere. However, I really appreciate the convenience of going to this particular Les Schwab store, and that over the last several years, that they have always repaired my flat tires at no cost to me.
