“This lovely little post office is the best one in the world. The staff is all FANTASTIC and FRIENDLY and HELPFUL. Waiting time is usually less, even id there is a long line becasue of the efficient service. I have been using this for many, many years. We are so lucky to have this postoffice in Rollingbay! Thank you to the staff!!”

“Have experienced some mix-ups with deliveries, but overall am very satisfied with this location. Recently had a delivery mix-up that was totally my fault! I filled in the online form and was quickly contacted via phone to discuss the status of my package. The staff on the phone was very sweet and explained everything I needed to do to prevent this misunderstanding from happening again. They also said that my package would be re-delivered the next day. Very kind staff working for an overworked postal system. :)”
“I’m surprised their rating is so low because not only have they been the fastest and most efficient post office out of three if I have recently visited, everyone is very nice and professional. If anything, I give them five stars because when a 30-year-old came in throughly confused on why the Postal Worker couldn’t just scan their QR code for the address and proceeded to calmly explain about the To and From boxes, the Postal Worker had not hint of condescension/disbelief/annoyance in their voice. I wouldn’t have been able to to the same in her situation.”
“I moved out of state a year and a half ago. I had a package that got my old address put on it by mistake. When I called to re-route I was told that the delivery driver recognized my name and did not deliver the package. The postal office forwarded me the package no questions asked. The driver and the worker at the office went above and beyond to service a former customer. Great team!”
“Very knowledgeable employees. If you have any questions regarding packages or parcels they'd be able to answer them. Very nice and friendly. Quiet atmosphere. Never too busy. They offer boxes and envelopes too. You have to purchase their packing tape if you have to send a package and you buy one of their boxes. You can't just borrow tape. Just fyi.”
