“I will forever miss this post office after having to deal with Poulsbo's. All the employees are nice and friendly. Never had an issue with getting my packages and mail from them. When one of my packages was bent and crushed into a PO box they handled it all professionally and kindly.”

P.S. I think as customers, our own moods, attitudes, stress level, tone of voice or whatever rush we are in on any given day- often influence our perception of interactions we have at any places of business where we are provided service. If we are polite and courteous, it's likely people on receiving end will be friendly and accommodating.

“I’m surprised their rating is so low because not only have they been the fastest and most efficient post office out of three if I have recently visited, everyone is very nice and professional. If anything, I give them five stars because when a 30-year-old came in throughly confused on why the Postal Worker couldn’t just scan their QR code for the address and proceeded to calmly explain about the To and From boxes, the Postal Worker had not hint of condescension/disbelief/annoyance in their voice. I wouldn’t have been able to to the same in her situation.”
“Jim was very helpful and when a websites QR code generator wasn't working had knowledge outside of his duties on how I could get still my shipping label easily.”
“This one is a medium sized post office that generally gets the job done. The main downside is that there usually aren’t many staff at the front, so lines can get long during busy times. If you go during off peak hours it’s a smoother experience, but it’s something to plan for if you’re in a hurry.”
