Such a wonderful experience, and the tea selection was impeccable! Can’t wait to return”

“Was in need of something unique and specific today - Andrea was so incredibly helpful and understood exactly what I was looking for - she made it happen and then some; I am so thankful for her above and beyond customer service. Definitely recommend The Curious Nest!”

5408 22nd Ave NW, Seattle“Such an awesome spot in Ballard for local art + goods! There’s a wide variety of things to look at in this space— this is a great gift/card shop, and overall somewhere definitely worth checking out.”
“This store is wonderful. I walked into a beautiful display of fine textiles, decor, clothes, gifts, and crafts from around the world. I found gifts for three people and picked up a little something for me. Highly recommend!”
“Stopped in looking for a singing bowl. Had an amazing chat with the owner. He absolutely lifted my spirits, what a beautiful soul. So lucky to have a spot like this”
“Excellent customer service support from Tracy. I was shopping for a larger size African straw hat and came across their website on a Saturday. Sent a text inquiry thinking I wouldn't maybe hear back until Monday, but Tracy responded back within and hour while still running a very busy store. She answered all my questions and went even farther in offering other hats that I might like. I placed an order and they shipped on Monday and I got them the next day. I've texted again about future larger size hats and the best way to follow up with them is on Facebook or Instagram. Very good at updating new inventory quickly. Super friendly and very supportive of what you're looking for.”
“This was our second favorite store here after the general store. We just loved the atmosphere and all the little items. My wife got some jewelry. We just loved this little town and can't wait to come back.”

610 Main St, Edmonds“Love this shop! The owner is so wonderful! It’s the perfect place to stop in and grab a hostess gift or birthday gift, while finding yourself a few things you can’t live with out as well!”
“The most famous shop in Ballard. There are lots of cute miscellaneous goods and stationery, and the way they are decorated is wonderful, making it fun to look at. However, the shop owner seems to be tired of it, probably because it's so famous and so many tourists come just to take pictures. She said she was friendly because I bought it, but she didn't even say hello to people who didn't buy it.”
“Lovely family owned store. My last recent visit (February 2024) was disappointing since they were all out of lavender hand/body lotion and many other products as well. ( Literally wiped out) I was told that they no longer produce the extra large hand/body size with pump. I have been using this for years. I will try back later....”

412 Main St, Edmonds“I'm always able to find a last minute gift at a reasonable price for the quality! The store is a wonderland of treasures...beautiful journals, great cards, soaps, lotions, sea-shore related themes for the nautical among us ..and a whole downstairs!”
“We've been here twice now and Marie the owner/worker has always been kind. Today, my son was rummaging through every section and we only bought a $2 trinket yet Marie was kind enough to offer him a complimentary beach glass/gem that made his day. We will always stop by here when in Kingston.”
