The vibes here are very pure and has great energy. While shopping Rigdzin gave us some deep knowledge that is super enlightening and helpful on our spiritual journey. If you want to start your spiritual journey with right intentions and support local community, I highly recommend coming here. A lot of items are sourced from India or Nepal. It has incense, singing bowls, meditation cushions, books, prayer flags, jewlery, and more. Also thanks for the custom mala necklace Rigdzin! It feels powerful when we use it during meditation. 🙏📿☸”

Notre Dame gargoyles here for less than I expected to pay based on research. Can't wait to see what these guys look like with a few seasons of grunge & moss. The shop is charming & well-curated, and the friendly staff are as helpful as you could hope for. I hope I need more gargoyles in the future!”

“Andaluz is such a wonderful part of the Columbia City main shopping area and is my first choice if I'm looking for something local, well curated, fun, and sometimes a little quirky! I've shopped here for years and the owner Karla is warm and has fantastic recommendations. The store has a variety of goodies ranging from apparel, jewelry, tarot decks (where I got my first!), books, self-care items, decadent snacks, to fun little additional surprises! I always feel like there's something new and interesting each time I go. In fact, one of my favorite shirts is from this store. Karla has an eye for local wares and clearly celebrates small business. Sometimes you even get to see her lil dog who is gentle and friendly! If you're in the area, you will love the cozy vibe of this store. Recommended!”

“One of my favorite kinds of travel finds, a shop where browsing is half the experience. Shop Makers near Pike Place brings work from tons of independent artists and makers together, and I loved how broad the selection was. This isn’t one of those gift shops where everything starts looking identical after five minutes. There were witchy and mystical pieces, cute character-inspired finds, earrings and jewelry, bookish goodies, art, gifts, and plenty of tiny things you absolutely did not plan on buying before walking in. It also works well when you’re shopping with people who have completely different tastes. Everyone gets to wander toward their own little section and find something. If you want a Seattle souvenir that feels more personal than standard tourist merchandise, I’d stop here. TRAVEL TIP: Add this while you’re exploring Pike Place rather than making it a separate destination. It’s an easy browse and a great place to grab gifts while supporting independent artists.”

I had a wonderful time exploring the store, which features many fun and unique items. I highly recommend stopping by if you're looking for a souvenir or a special gift. Some items are priced slightly higher than usual, but the selection is impressive overall. Just keep in mind that they don't have a parking lot; however, street parking is available a few blocks away.”

“I came from Oklahoma to visit a friend in the Seattle area. While we were walking around and he was showing me the sights downtown we came across this shop and I just felt like I had to go in and look around. There’s so many amazing, beautiful, quality items for sale and the prices are really great. I was surprised at how reasonable the prices were given that the shop is downtown and I found the Seattle area to be much more costly than where I’m from. The owner who runs the shop was friendly and chatted with my friend and I while we were there. And we can be quite chatty with people anyways, so it was fun having someone at a shop who was welcoming and willing to be chatty, too! Definitely a shop I hope to visit again when I visit the area again someday. It was definitely among my favorite memories made while visiting such a wonderful area!”

She was upfront about the gold plated tarnishing faster than the gold filled. I love that she gave me an honest answer! It made me want to support the shop even more. I went with the gold plated one because I liked the design better. She gave me tips to prevent it from tarnishing faster, which is appreciated. I recommend this spot if you’re on the hunt for some cute, unique finds!”
