Customer service is pretty good... Their security for information seems to be a bit much but not much you can do..... Its an auto loan...you cant do too much.. come on.

I have b|en with Kitsap credit union for almost 15 years and it STILL really happy with my decision every time I lose me card witch is like literally one or two times. Week sometime but they are always so nice and helpful and after years me and my local cashier have a true friendship

Joan and Steph have been apart of the Kingston team for quite some time and they are always friendly and helpful with any need. I appreciate their exceptional customer service. Please don’t ever take them away!!!
