In particular, Relationship Manager, Brian Jaynes, is the friendly, knowledgeable, go-above-and-beyond type of customer service rep that you only expect to find managing the concierge desk of a fine hotel or cruise ship. Brian, and his super helpful colleague, Joe, among others, continue to be invaluable assets in helping us manage our accounts and navigate banking, and we greatly appreciate the kindness and sincerity in answering all our questions and banking needs. “I came here for my first Auto loan, per my auto Dealer's recommendation for the best interest rate. My bank person, Iconic, truly lived up to their name!
They were fun to work with and was honest about anything they werent sure about. When we mentioned how the car needed to be started up with jumper cables, they strongly recommended that we asked the dealer for a new battery upon signing (to which they obliged ?).
They also felt that the price of the car was fair for it's age, which was reassuring.
The process took a little longer than expected but we had some shopping to do across the street anyway, so it all worked out really well. Iconic was very helpful with the application process, to ensure that I was approved.
