I would've liked to have been kept in the loop with better communication, I only found out it was done when I got the final invoice via email. I also would've liked notes from the tech about what they found when they got it apart. All I have is a list of tasks, I was hoping for an informed opinion on what kind of shape my truck is in overall.”

“Got me in right away when my car wouldn’t start. They are super easy to get ahold of. I love that. I’d been looking for a place to take my Volvo, and now I was luckily forced into it. Turns out it started at the shop, but I asked if they could do a full check up anyway. I knew there were things that needed attention.
