“I'm not sure what has taken me so long to post a review for this shop! They are great!!! We started coming here about 3 years ago, when our other reliable mechanic (Paulco) closed down. I feel so lucky to have found Jori and his team. He is straight forward, fair, and honest. We've taken all 4 of our vehicles to him for service over the years (2 Toyotas, a Subaru, and a Ford). “I think I’ve left a review before but I had to come back to say again how wonderful Paolo and his team are. I have been bringing my car in for at least 6 years and every single interaction I’ve had is a good one. Specifically today my car was broken into and Paolo gave me so many options as to how I could get my windows fixed despite the shop being closed throughout the weekend. This in addition to the fact Car Tender was one of the first calls I made because I knew I would immediately and very kindly be taken care of. I have never felt hassled to spend more than was necessary; have always been given a clear understanding of the issues with my car and how they may be effecting the vehicle; and feel the staff are respectfully personal in their care. I genuinely look forward to going into the office when I come. I could not recommend them enough.”

“Very reliable and trustworthy! They always do a good job. They have fit me in last minute before when I needed something done asap. They have integrity and are very professional.

I got a quote for new brakes at a local dealership and without me telling them the cost, they were cheaper by more than $100 dollars. This is a family business owned and operated by two brothers and they have been there for many years.

They were also very nice to my little boy and gave him a toy car when we came in and now he asks to go back!

“This guy is a total legend. Zack and his crew helped me out in a pinch. Gave me a free estimate and got to work IMMEDIATELY on my car, a 3 hour long grueling job he didn’t expect to put his team on. Decent deal including labor. It’s like this guy just runs off making sacrifices for others. Friendly, making deals, hard transparent work. Steve and Ryan will walk you through everything they’re doing and never make you feel pressured or confused. I really appreciate how they take the time to explain the issues in a way that actually makes sense, whether you know cars or not.

They’re also extremely thorough and detail-oriented, checking things I wouldn’t even think to ask about and making sure my car is genuinely safe and running well before I leave. You can tell they care about doing things the right way, not just the quick way.
