“The 5 stars are for Olivia Killingsworth. I was worried about coming in because nearly every BOA that's not an ATM has dismal reviews averaging 2.5 stars or less. However, Olivia made the entire closing account process quick and painless. I was impressed not only with how much she was running around to get everything done (being the only available staff member on the floor) but she was incredibly down-to-earth; I felt like I was sitting with her at a coffee shop or something that speaks of a relaxed atmosphere; she was professional AND vibrant. Anyways, I'm SUPER grateful for her and the fact that she gave me the kind of closing any customer would wish for was indeed something to be grateful for. I'm pleased that her name is on my closing receipt. Someone give his woman a promotion. PS: I don't know the lady who helped me before Olivia but she was pleasant as well. Great job, ladies.”

“I misplaced my debit card and needed to deposit a little cash . The teller Ashef ( please pardon if I got spelling incorrect ) was efficient , friendly and knowledgeable . She arranged a new card with the same numbers as my old one and walked me through the process on my app .Thank you”

“Standard ATM, right off sidewalk. Has a little roof to block rain, no walls to block wind. ------- A guy with one leg stood before me at the ATM. After waiting an unusual amount of time and the line behind me growing longer I decided to speak up. \"Everything alright man?\" To which he replied.. \" yeah give me a moment just checking my balance\"”
