“I had a great experience at the US Bank branch inside of Safeway. It's never too busy and everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. I went in to open some acconts and I got great service and I was informed of all their other services that they offer. Definitely my go to branch in my area!”

“The manager of this bank went above and beyond to help me with a banking problem that I could never explain in a short review. It was a problem that was caused by Scientology. Going clear will clear out your bank account. I nearly lost the ability to have a bank account. I didn't know it was Scientology. It was a front group. Luckily I opened a joint account here for my dancer girlfriend and forgot about it, after our breakup. The manager was able to restore my account. Hard to say when my credit will be restored. It would have been impossible without a bank account.”

“EXCEPTIONAL quality care and service. We've been using Savon pharmacy @ Redmond Alberstons' 236th & Fall City Rd. for over 28 years. It occurred to me we have never experienced a single incident of poor service. Highly professional pharmacists', RX ready or within a short 10 minute wait time. I am compelled to RAVE about our private pharmacy. (smile)”

“This Bank of America has two ATMS in the vestibule that can distribute in 10s, 20s, and 50s. There's also a large waiting area in the middle of the bank with chairs and couches that makes the whole place feel a lot cozier than it could otherwise! We stopped in to grab some small bills for tipping. Charishma was helpful and friendly, and didn't give us grief about the large number of ones and fives we came in for! The one (and only issue we've had here in the past is that even after we got my name changed on our account, they still kept our BoA under my maiden name, even after insisting a new one was on its way, the new one arrived still under my maiden name. It's not an issue so far, but it is odd.”

“I understand that before they had self check-out it was a little frustrating to wait for check-out. Now that they have opened self check-out it has alleviated a lot of wait time. I do appreciate them making that effort to accommodate. I do want to highlight that most of the time I walk in I am greeted with a smile and asked if I need assistance. I do mainly shop in the mornings, so others may have a different experience depending on time of day, so far it's been great for me. I especially wanted to give a shout-out to Vera(deli) and Mariko(bakery). These two employees are amazing! When I walk through the deli Vera always has a smile and willingness to help. Mariko made a unicorn cake for our daughter's birthday, it was so amazing that our friends didn't believe it was from Safeway; the decoration, the taste, everything was on point! Jesse and Trevor at the cashier are very friendly and helpful too. I know most of these reviews give a bad rating, however, you must look at the fact that they are trying to improve.”
