"Was just in (9:00am) waited over 10 minutes before the guy working the floor acknowledged I was there. His undivided attention was on the only other customer there, a man. Finally after joking with the other customer that I must be invisible the sales person asked what he could help me with. I showed him the 2 broken phones, explained what I needed to him and he walked off. No offer of help. I stood around another few minutes while he ignored me then I left. Needed to buy a new galaxy s7 active and 2 sim cards, on my way to best buy now. Didn't realize I needed to bring my husband with me to buy a phone."
