I was in this store and I felt discriminated against due to my limited English, 22 years old in America I NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS AMONG AMERICANS by two young Spanish people, a girl and a boy. They are super debauched, I called Menager 3 days later, we spoke on the phone, they didn't care. I have been in the painting business for 15 years, for me it was very embarrassing to have to go through that, I am proud to pay my taxes in this wonderful country 14 to 17 k per year and have to go through that! My review is one star for this store

If I were to rent another paint sprayer from here, I wouldn't clean a drop of paint out of it before returning it. They still charged the full $75 for cleaning for some paint externally on it, even though I had run 30 gallons of water through the system to make sure it was thoroughly cleaned internally. There was no prorating or partial cleaning payment, they just threw the whole thing. So if I were to ever rent another, they're picky enough that I wouldn't again waste my time and water, and just leave that for the store to deal with since they charge the full amount anyways

The interior painters I hired accidentally dripped some paint on my stained front door. The whole door and side lights needed to be sanded and re-stained, but I was frustrated and at a loss while trying to match the stain color. The color on the paint samples was definitely not the same wood as my door. The person at Mallory Paint Store suggested I talk to Brandon Krieg who is their outside rep for the Eastside. Brandon came to my house twice with many samples of stain that we tried on the door. We finally found a satisfactory match. He was extremely helpful, and I was so grateful for Mallory Paints for their customer service. I could not have completed my project without Brandon's help.

The store is a little dark, but ordering online and picking it up is pretty seamless. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because most of the time the online order pickup works well, but I went to pick up an order last week and it had been forgotten, so I had to wait 30 minutes to pick it up.

While repainting our house, we've spent a lot of time at this store. The employees have been helpful with paint color selection, as well as recommendations on paint supplies. We've done both in-store purchases, as well as online and almost all of our transactions have been smooth and seemless. We've also used this location to recycle old paint and they've been great for that as well.

(Update 5/11/2022)Craig (the store manager) called me and apologized, which I appreciated a lot. Very nice guy. Also offered some paint on the house to make it right. I just appreciate the gesture and care he showed. Outside of the experience yesterday, I've had nothing but positive experience with the store employees in the past so I'm updating the rating as this seems a one off oddity in an otherwise great store!(Original Review from 5/10/2022)I would give negative stars if I could. I ordered some paint samples and they confused with an older order that I had placed and gave me wrong samples. I didn’t check at the time but realized once I got home that they gave me wrong samples. My wife spoke to a lady in the store (Karen) over phone to clear things and correct the order. The lady agreed to swap out and correct the order. When I went to store to pick up, she started questioning why I had placed the wrong order and gave a very hard time. Started saying it doesn’t make sense and when trying to pull up my order, started saying the phone number doesn’t work. We only have 2 phone numbers and she started saying my wife gave a third. At that point I got frustrated and just paid for the additional samples and left.Really really disappointed at the customer service. Not just not owning up to a mistake they made but making the customer feel like a con artist trying to con then on four $5 paint samples!!!

I have been remodeling the house for the last year. I'm on the finishing throes of the remodel and needed then touch up paint for the house I'm moving out of. I went to the store to match a couple of different paints. Everything went absolutely great at first! The people were accommodating and friendly. I was very excited to pick up new palettes for future painting and to find a nice store and expressed my deep gratitude for their efforts. However, when I went to use my contractors discount through my general contractor who does all my painting, the young lady was extremely mean spirited and I was treated like a criminal! She said she needed to call my contractor to verify use of their discount! (On a Sunday) The nature of the conversation was juvenile and snotty. I've never ever ever been treated like this at Sherwin-Williams! I've always been treated with respect and integrity when using my contractors account! I am extremely insulted and will never use the store again! They weren't apologetic they were just even more rude! How incredibly disappointing!!!! I informed my contactor so that he can see how his customers are treated and he said he doesn't work with them often anyway because he receives a better deal elsewhere.

I already wrote a review a couple of days ago, but couldn’t resist writing another one. I continued working with Robert, I had to match a paint color and he did an amazing job doing so. All together, he provided an excellent customer service, showed a great knowledge of product, also showed a wonderful ability to work under pressure: he was alone in the store with quite a few customers and handled it quickly and efficiently.
