“Been here multiple times and I’ve always had a great experience! Fair deals on parts and repairs. Shoutout to Max! He’s always nice, knowledgeable and willing to educate!”
“Great LBS (local bike shop) with particularly good mechanical service. Fixed my wonky wireless derailleur (I think the hanger was bent) while I waited, and even showed me the dumb mistake I had made threading the chain in a friendly way (which has not always been my experience with bike mechanics). I liked the place so much I bought a helmet too at a reasonable price. Will be back.”
“Always enjoy popping through. Get to chat war stories and it's apparent the staff are all deeply passionate and excited about cycling. Also the only store in town that carries the best carb gel on the market ?”
“Been into Trek Redmond about 8 times over the last year for bike maintenance and warranty issues. It’s not the closest bike shop to my house, but the employees who work there always make it worth the extra time driving. Throughout the issues I’ve encountered, Alex has always stepped up and made sure I was taken care of. Not only did Trek Redmond fix/warranty the problems with my bike, but they went above and beyond with the level of detail and customer experience throughout the process. Highly recommend the Trek Redmond team!”
“I had Ride Bicycles Bike Shop in Seattle upgrade my Cervelo. The manager Hannah was awesome. She found NOS resources and parts. The rebuild was done with cheerful oversight. The new bars and brake levers were a very big improvement in ride comfort! I do 30 -100 mile rides.”
“Deep and broad knowledge from the mechanics keeps my ride optimal and helps me go into remote terrain without fearing any breakdowns. Great turn around time with my service contract and always feel like I have the attention of the staff.”
“I’ve been a loyal 20/20 customer for over ten years. I consistently get parts I can count on and excellent repair work for a reasonable price. Their advice is thoughtful and helpful. I’ve been a commuter in a few different cities and this is the best bike shop I’ve come across.”
“Smiley is the best - my fit is spot on. Amazing bikes with a range of functionality - service is wonderful and I love the location of the shop. Fun and awesome all around. Beautiful bike colors too. :)”
“The staff was nice, knowledgeable, and dedicated. The store is open for limited hours (Noon to 6pm, Saturday and Sunday) due to the all-volunteer staff of bicycle fans. It's worth working your schedule to arrive during their hours.Very convenient location to ride your bike to, along Hiawatha Street, connecting Dearborn to the I-90 bike route.”
“I don't have much to add to the other reviews, but this place was great. Tyler and Robert worked hard to find a bike that fit my budget and parameters, and made sure to have me (and my son!) test out each bike. (They also let my 5 year old hang out at the shop and cannily bribed him to get him on the bikes!)
They were really focused on making sure that I walked out of the shop with a bike that made sense for me and my family.
Great investment. I ride the bike just about every day for commute + kid dropoff. So much better than being in a car.”

“Great customer service and really reasonable prices for servicing. I bought an e-bike online and needed to have it assembled. They not only took care of it same day, but were also less expensive than the other shops I called. They were also super friendly and easy to work with.”
“Treat your bike shop as you would your primary care doctor: seek expertise first and foremost, build a history for optimized long-term care, and—if you’re lucky—enjoy some proper bedside manner too.
I’ve found this at Mello Fellos, a recent growth from Jesse and Andy’s nearby OG shop MTB Repair where I’ve dropped in for simple, pre-bike adventure consultations and a tool here and there.
The new shop is awesome—they still have rad swag, and their mechanic, Jon, has done some amazing specialty work on my bike—repairing a fork warped by careless baggage handlers, and converting my stock wheelset into a tubeless setup. A bike genius, he speaks in metaphors and can explain complex lingo into relatable concepts.
Great work and on time, with fair, transparent pricing locks me in. Getting as excited about my bike as I do makes me want to return often for cosmetic procedures and preventive care.
Highly recommend the good doctors at Mello Fellos ?”
“Great bike shop! I stopped in and the owner let me borrow his bike chain breaker for my new chain which was very nice of him. Will be back to join one of the group rides.”
“I have had some issues with service at other bike shops. Its worth traveling a little farther to have a staff that I trust work on my bikes.
Knowledgeable sales staff too.”
“Absolutely brilliant. Harvey, Hani, and Michael run a very tight ship. Not only are their parts prices great, but their repair and service costs are very reasonable. Thay also sell very nice bikes and ebikes. Highly recommend!”

“We had a great purchase experience of a new Tern bike, and have also had an excellent service experience for our Rad bike. We purchased the Rad used to see if e-bikes were a good fit for our family, and the folks at Seattle electric bike helped point out some of the reasons they weren't huge Rad fans in a very objective, non-judgmental way. The Rad ended up having some issues down the line, so when we needed a new bike we came back to test drive some options. They were informative, clearly knowledgeable bike people that answered our questions to help guide us to an option we're really happy with and have enjoyed for over a month of summer. Check them out if you are considering an e-bike!”
“I purchased a Velotric e-bike from Woodinville Bicycle. It had a few issues. Had some electronic issues, nothing the Woodinville bicycle shop had anything to do with. They went above and beyond working with Velotric to get the issue solved. Even though this is a lower tier bike, the staff spent a lot of time getting it right. Never any feeling from them like.. you get what you pay for. They treated me like I was buying a top of the line bike.
Kudos to the whole staff! Best bike shop experience I have ever had.
Thank you!”
“Fantastic service, everything from basic tune-ups to rebuilding wheels! Support your local bike shop and be courteous, clean your bike before you take it in and don’t expect miracles the day before a major event. The shop is fantastic, I’ve had some cases where they were able to sort me out on the spot, which was great, but don’t expect that, some fixes require parts and quite a bit of time to complete.”
“I had never been to Gregg's before to have any work done, but I had an issue with an older tandem bottom bracket. Chris helped me - he was super knowledgeable, patient, and helpful, and got me out the door with a great solution. While I was there, I saw the mechanics help everyone from commuters on hybrids to enduro bros - they seemed super professional, well staffed, helpful. I'll be back.”

“Workers are always friendly. I leased a bike for 3 months during my internship in Seattle. It was the perfect way to commute. The price works well with Amazon commuter benefits. Work reimbursed me the $165/month. And the bike is so much fun to ride. It was one of my favorite things to do while in the city - explore on my e-bike.”
“Kirkland Bicycles are amazing. They have better customer service than anyone I know. They are very polite and friendly and also offer great service. I would go here for any kind of bike and ebike purchase. I can’t recommend enough.”
