They got me in within 20 minutes and gave me the update. This is the place you wanna go you can tell they like what they do, even though I live in Lynnwood, I will be driving out there for my Service work you can’t find shops like this anymore.”

“Best MTB shop I’ve ever visited! I stopped by this shop today originally just looking for some protective gear, but they didn’t have much in stock at the moment. What I didn’t expect was to end up staying for almost two hours just talking with Adam. Adam was incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely passionate. He walked me through the reasoning behind custom bike builds, explained different components in detail, and even went beyond biking into broader insights that I found surprisingly valuable. At no point did I feel any pressure to buy anything — it honestly felt more like a free masterclass than a sales interaction. Even though I didn’t make a purchase (I had recently bought a new bike elsewhere), I left with a much deeper understanding and a lot of respect for what this shop represents. Having a place like this in the community — where someone is willing to take the time to educate and help without expecting anything in return — is rare. I’ll definitely be coming back here for future needs, and I highly recommend stopping by if you care about bikes or just want to learn from someone who truly knows and loves what they do.”

“The bike was a unique color and was definitely geared to what I wanted for a riding style. It wasn't overly expensive either. Thomas and Wes are pretty cool people. Very nice and very patient. They actually greet people when they come in, they are eager to help people, and that's the way of bike shop should be. Long story short, the customer service is great, they had what I was looking for and I would definitely recommend shopping for a bicycle there.”

I needed parts for a new bike, and they got them shipped and out to me way faster than I expected with some extra bike related swag, which they totally did not have to do. I *wish* they were my local bike shop but I'm several hundred miles down south in SF Bay area. Customer service above and beyond. I hope to visit them in person next trip to Seattle to thank them for being awesome. (Note because I ordered online, I guess this applies to all Seattle Electric Bike locations and staff).”
