“We worked with Jade throughout our process for our new kitchen and I am SO thankful to have someone as knowledgeable as her to guide me through the process. She answered all of my questions, helped me pick the best layout when I had no idea what I wanted, came up with great ideas on the fly, was on site for instillation, and was always available for questions. When one of our cabinets arrived warped, Jade ordered us a new one (for free) that arrived incredibly fast, and she personally delivered it, making sure we got it as quickly as possible. She was always on top of communication with us, and I am so thankful for her skills, guidance and knowledge throughout this process. I'd absolutely recommend her to anyone, and plan to use Jade and United again in the future for our laundry room!”

“I ran over the fiber glass inspection lid for my septic system with my lawn mower and the crew here not only helped us figure out what we need but also helped laugh along with us as we were cracking jokes about it in the store. We also thought we had the right size, ordered the wrong size, and the let us return it anyway. The best crew and will be back for future things!”

“I've mostly worked with Dave at this location but I have also worked with Kate and Nick. They were all fantastic to work with! Dave is my main contact and he is so great with communication. Kate is super sweet and easy to work with. Nick was such a great help when there was a shipping error that needed to be fixed (we were shipping to them and it was sent to the wrong location). I definitely recommend them for any of your projects!”

“I ordered a full home package which included everything from structural steel, framing, interior woods, windows and doors. The quality of everything was excellent, deliveries were on time with punctual updates. I was able to build a beautiful home in Hawaii. Eventually, years later, three of our Evergreen Tinted double paned, sliding glass doors were failing. I tried to pursue the issue with the manufacturer and got nowhere. Pacific Source took it upon themselves to work directly with the manufacturer for us to get our warranty for the windows and get them replaced. This was above & beyond what they were required to do. I highly recommend Pacific Source for the quality of their products, their impeccable service and their high regards for customer satisfaction. Steve F.”

“I’m rating it 5 stars cuz I used to love Lowe’s. I know times are tough. Wish they valued having people that ask I their customers need help. Or have them around when you need something behind glass. Which. Who wants to wait 10 min for something. I’ll just stay home and order it online”
