She answered all of my questions, helped me pick the best layout when I had no idea what I wanted, came up with great ideas on the fly, was on site for instillation, and was always available for questions. When one of our cabinets arrived warped, Jade ordered us a new one (for free) that arrived incredibly fast, and she personally delivered it, making sure we got it as quickly as possible. She was always on top of communication with us, and I am so thankful for her skills, guidance and knowledge throughout this process. I'd absolutely recommend her to anyone, and plan to use Jade and United again in the future for our laundry room!”
