The building itself is well-constructed, with no noise through walls, and offers onsite parking and a cute rooftop. Apartments feature large walk-in closets and big bedrooms. Management and maintenance are attentive, friendly, and transparent, ensuring a smooth experience. The community is pet-friendly and calm, allowing residents to meet other like-minded people. It is strongly recommended, especially for those new to the area.

My partner and I knew during our tour that this was the place we wanted to go with. We love the complex and the layout of our place. It’s walkable and near public transit. Clarissa was a welcoming presence and she was so helpful throughout the application and move in process. 10/10 Recommend Capri!
