“We are approaching our third week of living at the beautiful Capri Apartments. As we moved in from overseas, there were several circumstances that did not fully meet the usual requirements. Despite this, the Capri team went above and beyond, working proactively and graciously to help resolve every issue we encountered.

The location is exceptional—right in the heart of downtown Kirkland—with easy access to the library, parks, restaurants, and all essential community amenities. The surrounding neighborhood is clean and pleasant, and the apartment community itself is very well maintained.

Most importantly, Clarissa, who takes such thoughtful care of the residents, is truly outstanding. She is professional, attentive, and incredibly kind, making the entire move-in experience smooth and reassuring.

We highly recommend Capri Apartments to anyone looking for a welcoming, well-managed, and beautifully located place to live.”

“This community is new, elegant, modern and the appliances are top of the line! The new management and the maintenance team goes above and beyond. Shout out to Natalia, the housekeeper, she works very hard in ensuring the community is clean at all times. They truly care. The Bosch appliances, waterfall Quartz, bidets, and heated floors are EXTREMELY amazing to find in an apartment community. Most of the units here have a balcony and some expansive terraces. I love it here! It is located on Central Way and it has PCC in the building. The location is SUPERB. This is the place to be in DT Kirkland!”

“I’ve always wanted to live in downtown Kirkland with a view of the water. This apartment is my dream come true.

My 1BR is BEAUTIFUL and so spacious. Open living area and large balcony have a view of the water. Fantastic kitchen with pristine white cabinets and beautiful quartz countertops. It’s right across the street from a beautiful waterfront park. The property is peaceful and serene, and you can’t beat the location. It’s a great value with - thank god - reasonable rent.

The property manager Jackie is an angel on earth. She is so warm and inviting - I knew I wanted to live here the moment I met her. Maintenance has been proactive and prompt.

I picked this over more modern, new buildings, and am so glad I did. It feels like home!”

“I just moved in a month ago, the experience was not amazing.

1. Door battery went out and I was locked out of my apartment on a Sunday night. We got no warnings prior, good thing is the maintenance team responded fast.
2. There’s no soundproof because it is such an old building, we can hear our neighbors phone rings and our downstairs neighbor came up to complain our normal living sound. If you do decide to live here, do pick the top floor.
3. We moved in a month ago and the fresh paint smell is still there, we tried opening the windows during the day and they didn’t help

The location is nice, layout was good, and the staffs were great, special thanks to the maintenance staff Reanan, who helped change our door battery in 30 minutes on a Sunday night. Two stars for the location and two stars for the staff.”

“I’ve had a great experience living at Chelsea at Juanita Village. The location is one of the biggest highlights , it’s conveniently close to restaurants, parks, and easy commuting routes.
The apartments feel spacious, open. It’s hard to find layouts this functional and inviting in the area.
The team is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They genuinely care about the residents and work hard to make the community feel welcoming and well-maintained.
Overall, Chelsea at Juanita Village is a wonderful place to call home, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable apartment in a great location.”
