“Greg answered my email on New Year's Day, and set up an appointment for the next day. Special thanks to Greg for his assistance! He was working on New Year's Day! Appropriate tinted glass was delivered to their Kirkland shop, and replacement was done promptly. Dropped off my car at 7:30 AM. They were done by noon. Windows work. All loose glass fragments inside car doors were vacuumed out. No rattling when I open and close the new windows. One small shortcoming is that the replacement glass is slightly wavy in comparison to the OEM glass, so quality of the glass is not top-notch. But I am not complaining. Glad to get the windows replaced quickly in rainy weather. I am overall very satisfied with their service.”
