“I wish I could give them more stars. Peter Pan auto glass saved me this week. My car got broken into, smashed my passenger window and insurance was useless and said I had to pay out of pocket. My usual shop quoted me over $1,000 which felt insane and I’d need to wait for them to get the parts. But when I called this shop they had me bring it in, pass off the keys and they had it replaced and cleaned out of loose glass in less than 1 hour and charged me $253 so I saved a lot of time and money and stress by going to these guys. It’s definitely worth it to get them to fix your car!!”

“Fast and efficient service. I am happy I chose to come here instead the place my insurance usually sets me at. Brian ordered the window immediately and followed up once he got my new window in to set a time for me to come in. He made sure it was a time where he could get me in and out. I did have a line up issue and couldn’t bring it by since my car had to end up going to the shop for other repairs but he told me to bring it by once it’s done if they couldn’t fix it and was very easy to discuss that with. Highly recommend choosing this company!!
EDIT: realized I had an issue with my window, Brian easily just had me bring in my invoice and got me in the next day and all is fixed and was so nice and easy about it. Will continue to choose this business!”

Confirmed day of drop off as well. Additionally, he gave me updates as to their progress like how quickly they were able to get my car back into my hands. Before coming here I shopped around other auto body shops. This one was more affordable than the others I went to in the area. “I picked up my car from FASS and almost wanted to cry with relief. They did such an incredible job on the repair, and communicated every step of this process. The car was literally glittering in the sun when I laid eyes on it. They also deep cleaned my tires and they look brand new. I’m vey happy with this service and will definitely use FASS for any future repairs.
Additionally, Kat their receptionist is so kind on the phone and patient even when you call every day for an update.

Called this shop based on great online reviews - they got me in the next morning, explained the entire process, the cost for repair and the time required, depending on what needed to be done. Then diagnosed the problem, showed me the part and explained the fix, the cost and the time required. Completed repairs while I waited, and got the job done for the cost they'd quoted, and in the time they'd estimated. Did not try to upsell me, just fixed what was required. Excellent communication, quick response, got me in quick and finished the job quickly. I was at their shop with work underway while still getting initial responses from multiple other businesses thru Yelp. ☆Highly recommend this business!!”
