Costco Optical in Kirkland has great value for glasses purchase and fitting dept. The dept is busy at the end of the year, with many people waiting to use vision benefits, but the service is fantastic. The employee is professional and knowledgeable, always hospitable and with a pleasant attitude. Customers feel happy and comfortable, and the employee smiles easily to all. The doctor is friendly and knowledgeable, answered all questions and made the experience exceptional. The front desk lady is sweet and kind, addressed both customers and helped us feel comfortable. Options explained, and the employee went above and beyond, being patient and helpful. Price is great and got frames. Many customers have visits multiple years over years and recommend the dept for friendly, professional and kind service.
Had the best experience today getting my eyes checked. I walked in on a Saturday and was in and out and under 20 minutes. Very friendly staff, and efficient.

Swapped to a stupid online system that doesn’t work. Staff milled about uselessly while no one could join their line. Fortunately this was a slow time or I’d probably still be waiting there when you read this.
Staff was fine when they sorted it out, go back to paper tickets!
