Maybe the most uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had at any sort of FedEx location. Your employee is obviously not happy. I came in to send some packages. She directed me to your kiosk which I do not want to use. Rude staff. Expensive international shipping service, too. I've often gone to print, but they're always watching what I'm doing. It is uncomfortable to notice that every time I go there ?

Drew was in training but so good at his job. Apart from helping me create a label and packaging my documents for international shipping, he also has great chat and is very friendly. Given that he is young and new I think he is doing an exceptional job! Best wishes for his future :)

The guy at his age about 45-50 does not want to work at all. He is not friendly. He is so lazy to scan customer’s shipping label. There were 4 people waiting in line and he was just chatting and No matter what shipping method people have he still wanted people to use drop kiosk. The next day overnight shipping method should be taken differently.

The staff is not friendly at all, very rude! I said "Thank you" when she done with my package, and she not even look at me with her attitude. Very bad customer service!

The worst! The Asian lady in this store is very rude! I know nothing’ and go to get a phone call in the middle of service, let me wait for 20 minutes, other employees at the store won’t help me at all! Won’t recommended, don’t know why this store still hasn’t closed yet!

Really appreciate Ronda and the team here. They get things done and do their best in innovative and supportive ways.There is a lot of unneccessary flak thrown at them all the time but people (customers) are more unreasonable and stressed these days with the economy being so bad.Truly appreciate Ronda for always helping me out and finding a way to get things done with innovation and professionalism.

I need you to understand that people don’t go around recommending going to FedEx shipping and print. Everyone already knows about FedEx. That said, I would highly recommend Michaela. She did an awesome job. She was clear about what I needed to do and she was patient with me when I was uncertain of what I wanted. She was funny, she was friendly. Michaela made coming into FedEx to print out resumes less difficult. Which is basically what everyone wants. And if I have to print out resumes again, I’m going to come to this location and hope that I get to interact with Michaela because I know it will be easier if she’s the one doing it.

I like this office the staff is friendly and do their best to help you. Bill was super friendly and help me send a couple of packages on their way there are plenty of shipping material available at the store so if you didn’t come prepared you can for sure find everything you need there.

People here are almost always really kind! I visited here today close to closing time and Bill had been very humorous and helpful. I am planning to use this place more often as a to go place for shipping and printing things.

I rarely need to print copies but onthis day I needed to print some copies. So I went to Kinkos in Kirkland, WA. The gentleman who greeted me was nice and he helped me to set up.I started making copies. The machine stopped working. So I went to the counter to ask for help. This time it was a woman. Firstly she wouldn't even acknowledge that I was standing there waiting. Then when I called her to say the machine was not working and it was printing only half the page, she started giving me major attitude that I was doing it wrong. I had printed 30 copies already and it had worked fine. All in all, if you want a lousy experience and to be treated with contempt you know where to go.

OK I got to your store five minutes before you were going to close… I’m sorry four minutes before you were going to close to send a quick fax I came in. I asked if you had a second fax machine because somebody was on the fax machine that I saw I had to ask you three times because you needed to tell me over and over again that I only had four minutes, basically you were so busy telling me that I had four minutes that you couldn’t hear me ask you if you had a second fax machine. Meanwhile you had another customer that’s going to keep you there well past closing I was not your problem. I was just a paying customer. :-)?

Michaela was very kind and got the print job done efficiently, and fast! I highly recommend this FedEx, I don't see why they have 2.5 stars!
