I brought a package in on Saturday to ship with standard delivery. Unfortunately, the package sat in the store until Tuesday before shipping, making the arrival day far too late to be useful. When confronted on Tuesday, the store manager offered no help whatsoever.

I had an excellent customer service experience with Ms. Ronda here. I had to ship a work laptop and my colleague was facilitating over the phone. It was rather chaotic but Ronda was very efficient, and helped with a calm and positive attitude. Clearly an experienced representative and great at her work!
