“CHPW gave me a welcoming call back that I missed so I called back and was able to get connected to a person named Grahm. I didn’t know when I was going to ever call for a Primary Healthcare Provider to change its location because I would put it off. But this call finally happened and Grahm helped change my Primary Healthcare Provider to one closer to where I live. It’s not my job to know all your subsidiaries, partners, affiliates, etc. So when i don’t know something, help me figure out the information you need. Don’t treat me like a 3 year old because I don’t know your job.”
