Unless you're prepared to be on hold for hours, choosing this provider is useless!!! I have yet to receive my insurance cards...I don't even know my member ID in order to create an online account for digital cards!!!

Horrible provider. Makes you question the value of health insurance if your provider forces you to spend hours on back and forth, navigating broken forms, dense/confusing documents, and long wait times just to get back pennies on the dollar.
