“4 instead of 5 stars because only one person works at this lab and appointment slots fill up quickly. I was very lucky to be able to schedule two appointments together for two separate things during the last 2 time slots of them being open, and on the final day I was required to get the pre employment screenings. Just the one technician there is not that feasible when they do pre employment screenings because you have to get in there within two business days. If I had delayed scheduling those appointments, I wouldn’t have been able to get these done by the deadline.
I am glad I made an appointment because while I was there, she had to decline walk-ins that came in. So please, make an appointment!! I saw that they accept walk-ins, which is not the case when this single technician is busy with back-to-back appointments all day.
The lady there was nice and everything worked smoothly with no hiccups?”
“The location is a bit obscure, it's down the end of a long hallway on the first floor. The waiting area is nicely decorated once you find the place though. The phlebotomist I saw for my appointment was really nice and friendly, and made the visit an absolute breeze! I would definitely come here again.”
“Located inside of Safeway at the very back next to the pharmacy. Jennifer did a great job with everything helped with the blood drawn and made it a welcoming and good place. Thank you.”
“My best experience going to the doctors in Washington yet. Staff are friendly, new patient setup was seamless and Doctor Tsai was really helpful and attentive to my annual checkup. Plus, its located near my household - making this really great to commute to personally.
Appreciate the staff here and I feel at ease knowing my wife and I have a reliable medical location for any future doctor visits.”
“I got my NIPT test (Panorama) at Natera when I was 10 weeks pregnant, everything went well, and the nurse there was really helpful. It was walk-in, the nurse confirmed with me regarding the payment type, I told her my insurance doesn’t cover so I will do self-pay. The nurse acknowledged that and told me how to make the payment $250 online. I think they’ve improved their payment system, and so far I don’t have any problem with that. The result came out faster than I expected. I took the test on Wednesday afternoon and got the result on the following Tuesday evening. Highly recommend!”
