“Wait times can be iffy. While the facility is small and yes conversations can be heard by all, it is clean and well managed. I come here atleast once a year for annual lab work and I have always seen the same lady and she does a good job.”

“I gotta give a shoutout to the staff here. Everyone was moving and working hard. Shoutout Chaireese specifically, she was so great. No one likes waiting in long lines but she assured we’d get moving soon. Overall a great energy and very reasonable wait time despite a full lobby. Give that woman her raise!!!”

“The phlebotomist I saw at Quest Diagnostics was exceptionally skilled. In the past, phlebotomists at Labcorp and other medical clinics have had significant difficulty finding a vein. I am usually stuck several times, and on a few occasions, they ultimately had to draw blood from my hand instead of my arm. As a result, blood draws are typically unpleasant and anxiety-inducing for me.
The phlebotomist at Quest, however, was miraculously able to find my vein quickly and succeeded on the first attempt. Given my past experiences, this felt truly miraculous. I complimented her several times during my visit and would gladly request her for any future blood draws. Unfortunately, I did not get her name, so I cannot request her specifically next time.”
