“My boyfriend has been having some heart palpitations, we went to the Urgent Care (see previous review!) on Valentines Day to get things checked. Not known causes or results so today, we are currently still here at this location. The wait was a bit long but as it is with hospitals, I've waited a few hours before and they brought us back around 1 hour and 45 minutes after arriving. Which to me is amazing, still lengthy but not complaining for how lovely the staff is here.Lexie, Jenifer, MsH. olmes & Taylor were amazing! They really uplifted the mood and kept things very steady. Didn't have any issues, didn't have to wait too long either. Also nothing too severe upon the situation which was good news to hear. The process was easy to follow and the steps were easy to handle as well. The staff made the experience easier and better to handle. I'll be coming here for care in the future for myself and my friends/family members!Sure hospital times are a few hours to be here but it's worth it.”

“I’ve been seeing the same PCP for over 30 years. I’ve always had excellent care. Dr Mayeda always takes whatever time is necessary to discuss all my concerns. I do have to say that the clinic is much busier since EvergreenHealth purchased them. It feels like the doctors are expected to be much more “productive.” Yet, I have never felt like I wasn’t treated well, and all my concerns were addressed—it’s just that the staff seems more tired than they used to.”

“Glad I didn't pay much attention to the 1-star reviews. I had bloodwork done this morning and it was one of the easiest lab appts I've had. Yes, there is only one person working the location, and she is expected to do 3 jobs at once, so have a little courtesy and patience! She obviously can't answer the phone while drawing blood and processing samples. I highly recommend making an appointment which is done very easily online. You can check-in through your confirmation text and at the kiosk in the lobby - very simple and efficient. If you have your ID and Insurance card ready, there should be no issues. Those complaining about wait times are likely 'walk-ins' which are accepted but know those with appointments are prioritized, so don't come in without an appointment and expect to be seen right away, then get mad when you aren't. Tamra was very professional and the blood draw was painless. I was in and out and on my way in a short time. Thank you, Tamra!”

I have had my care managed by a succession of excellent, conscientious and skilled physicians, including my current physician, Dr. Salil Mathur. I have found the nursing and lab staff to be friendly, considerate and highly competent. When I've had need to discuss matters with office staff, they too have been responsive and helpful, including the reception staff.”
