“Glad I didn't pay much attention to the 1-star reviews. I had bloodwork done this morning and it was one of the easiest lab appts I've had. Yes, there is only one person working the location, and she is expected to do 3 jobs at once, so have a little courtesy and patience! She obviously can't answer the phone while drawing blood and processing samples. I highly recommend making an appointment which is done very easily online. You can check-in through your confirmation text and at the kiosk in the lobby - very simple and efficient. If you have your ID and Insurance card ready, there should be no issues. Those complaining about wait times are likely 'walk-ins' which are accepted but know those with appointments are prioritized, so don't come in without an appointment and expect to be seen right away, then get mad when you aren't. Tamra was very professional and the blood draw was painless. I was in and out and on my way in a short time. Thank you, Tamra!”
“For being short staffed they're doing a great job under all that pressure.
There's only 2 of them working and they are great.
Came in as a walk-in, was in and out in less than 20 minutes.
They're polite, fast and super friendly.
The waiting room could use some TLC but other than that, great job ladies. I hope you guys get more support soon.”

“I had a 7:50 appointment, they open at 7:30, I showed up 10 minutes early, the place was open. The person was there. Check-in was easy. My appointment was perfect. Very very smooth.”
