  Lived here for around four years. I had a nice and sunny south facing unit. This was especially great in the winter months. The location is very close to the lake and downtown Kirkland. The management and maintenance were very responsive. It is close to a bus stop. Would live here again if I had the chance!

  My wife and I lived here for nearly two years. We loved the location, the price, and the neighborhood. Maintenance was always fast, issues were always minor and easily dealt with.   Extremely Responsive and caring staff. Makes the move easy. The maintenance crew is Awesome, will work with you to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner. The whole experience at the Monterey enhances the rental experience.
