I came in for a class as a new member after not taking yoga in studio for many years. The 75 minute class was difficult but great. The difficulty was mainly due to the length of time holding each pose. The studio is spacious and clean. There is a dressing room and restrooms as well.

SolarYou Yoga is a fantastic place! I joined 3 months ago and am benefitting physically and mentally. Irina and all of the Yoga teachers are fantastic people and instructors. I highly recommend SolarYou Yoga and look forward to continuing to progress in my practice with them!
