Man with long hair and beard is always extremely rude unprofessional no customer service and lectures people

This store is the BEST!! The staff is friendly and helpful. Zephyr is my go to as she always brightens my day. I usually need a little extra help with shipments and she is so patient. I’ve been to quite a few UPS stores, and none compare to the fine service here.

Works well for me for most things. Smaller than Redmond Way store, they don't have the big bins for your kiosk scanned packages, just have to file them on the counter which is sometimes crowded. People have been great for me. I love it because of the location and it's not nearly as crowded as all the other stores, I can get in and get out faster. And less traffic around it. Wish they had a food donation drop off like the one in Issaquah has.

Worse UPS store in the city. A lady slam shut door on my face as I was standing outside and it wasn’t 6:30pm yet. Least bothered about customer service.
I see a lot of negative reviews from customers and I wonder when will the store owner and company take an action.

Jeff at the 5365 Ups store is such a great helper. I went to return a big item when I realized I need two labels and Target had given only one. While I was on call, the store closed, but Jeff helped me to stay inside the store because it was freezing outside, he then also accepted the package even though he had to stay back because of me

Woman at the front desk was not clear she was helping a customer. I was awkwardly standing line waiting while she was casually talking to a customer who was trying to figure out their shipping box type - I was unsure what was going on. I decided to talk to her and then she told me rudely that I needed to wait my turn until she was done with the other customer. Obviously it wasn’t clear that’s what she was doing. First of all, she didn’t tell to me to wait once I was waiting in line or else I wouldn’t have walked up since I just wanted to drop off my Amazon package. I’m only giving two stars because she told me I could self scan my package. Please work on training your customer facing staff and be clear if they are helping another customer and to not rudely tell someone to wait their turn.

I've heard all the bad reviews, and my wife even had an unpleasant experience there once. However, I had to ship a big return just now, and the dude there, beard and long hair, was very professional and helpful. Went like a breeze even though I hadn't really prepared as well as I should have. My wife says it was only the first time that anyone was rude. Since then it's been fine, and my experience just now was great.

If you want quick and easy service, stop by this store! There’s always plenty of parking and I’m in and out - whether it’s for shipping a package, printing, faxing, or dropping off returns.

Just go anywhere else. The woman at the front desk tried to lecture me because my last name was different (I’m married) and there were two different last names on my order and ID. She told me not to use ‘nicknames’ when placing orders, which was ridiculous. She almost wouldn’t let me pick up my item. This was my second interaction with her, and the first wasn’t pleasant either. This experience makes me want to cancel any orders involving UPS. It’s frustrating that they knock once, say the package is delivered, and then it takes two days for the order to actually be available at the location they specified.
