First time coming to this location, since I usually go to the one at Crossroads, but I was pleasantly surprised and happy with the amount of customer service I was provided at this location. I didn’t catch their names, but two gentlemen helped me swiftly return my 5 Amazon packages. I was in and out within 5 minutes! Super helpful. Will definitely be coming back.

I only wish there was less than one star, probably even negative. This is the WORST UPS store that's ever been. It's convenient location for a very large area attracts a lot of customers. Unfortunately the service is beyond bad.Today I went to drop an Amazon return package. Ahead of me was an elderly couple with a couple of packages to ship. There was a single sales person in the store - apparently totally incompetent, slow and chatty. She puttered helplessly with the packages. I waited for 20 min and there was no end in sight so I picked up my heavy package and left. I went to the UPS store on 20th st and there was 4-5 people line with a single sales person - however the guy was so fast and efficient that my wait time was no longer than 2 minutes.Avoid this UPS store, it's a shame for the service.

This store has the worst customer service of any store I’ve ever been to. The sales people are unhelpful and unwilling to work with their clients. The UPS driver sent my package to the wrong location for pick up and these people at the store had way to make it right and no plan for when this happens. Go to the store on Redmond Way. Much better customer service

Worst ups attendant works here , the attendant there took a passport picture I highlighted that the way shoulder is completely missing looks incorrect after pushing back a bit he readjusted the pic without my confirmation took a print out as well with more shoulder, I was disappointed with both pictures but decided to go with later considering his pushy behavior. Then I had to inquire on the fastest mode of transfer for which I paid over 60 dollars for next morning delivery, here too he was hurrying me saying this guy is going to take it you have to hurry up,my question to that idiot is when u are taking 60$ you have told me that it will reach by tomorrow, so if not this guy with some other delivery guy u shud still deliver my package on that time it's your service I cannot ask me to hurry up I am sending imp documents I have to confirm

They have awesome employees, BUT, it would be really cool if they had different types of cute stamps and postcard stamps.Like, cutsie puppy, kitty, and/or cool animal or more colorful stamps would probably be pretty popular.Also, postcard stamps would be nice, too.

I just went to this location to return an item from Amazon. I had the item and the code pulled up on my phone. As I walk in, I smile and say hello. I place the item on the counter and point to two barcodes on the plastic wrapping saying, “I’m not sure which barcode you need - there’s two.” The man with the long hair and glasses rudely points to my phone and says, “the barcode I need is RIGHT HERE. But this says it needs to be packaged.” Embarrassed, I thank him and leave, trying to find where in the directions it says it needs to be packaged. IT DOESN’T. I even connected with Amazon customer service and they specifically stated the item does NOT need to be packaged - the UPS store takes care of that. I’ve read half a dozen reviews about this employee, all extremely negative. It’s a wonder he is still employed here - or at the very least has not changed his behavior.

Thanks, Jeff!The self serve kiosks I initially thought a boon caused us a bunch of issues about the the number of boxes vs labels, and Jeff explained the issue to us and helped us find a solution.The kiosks need to be better prepared for multiple items that don't fit but are Amazon Customer Packed return.

Absolutely WORST customer service from the long-haired man who wears glasses. The guy initially declined to assist me with notarizing my document. In a bid to find a solution, I politely inquired whether he might consider notarizing it with the addition of a statement at the document's bottom. Instead of offering guidance or assistance, his response was an escalating, rude confrontational lecture, delivered in an unnervingly raised voice, suggesting that I should seek legal counsel for such a query. To add insult to injury, he then turned his back on me and departed.I went directly to the UPS store in Redmond and they were able to notarize the same document in 5min no question asked.Avoid this UPS until the management addresses the issue of this discourteous and unprofessional racist. No one should have to endure such a distressing encounter with a staff member.

I wouldn't go here for notarizing a document. it seems to be much too complicated, or impossible. Otherwise, a good place to ship UPS.

Absolutely horrible customer service from a particular person at this ups store. From the initial engagement was not interested in being helpful, and maintained rude and condescending behavior throughout. The whole experience was child like and petulant. It’s a shame some people are just not willing to be helpful.

Really high rates! This store charges much more for supplies/services than other UPS franchise locations. Just go to the location down the road in downtown Kirkland instead for better rates and better service! :)

The customer service at the Bridle Trail UPS store has been going downhill. Some of the employees either don't know the UPS policy with Amazon or they make it up as they go depending on who you are. We been living in this area for over 27 years and I have not had the type of service from any other UPS store or any other store period, than the experience I had today. I won't be doing any more business at that location.
