This is Travis Michaud, i used to be the manager here a couple years ago. I helped rearrange the store and made it clean and efficient. I am sorry to hear that the new management couldn't uphold my standards. The owner decided to get upset and tell me to leave because i wanted respect (as manager) from a crew member & I had a terrible sciatica injury from The UPS Store . The old crew would never let these issues happen. They were a great crew!

One of the employees lied to our face and charged us $16 to ship a standard envelope saying it would cost $20 at USPS. Later on the USPS website it showed 5.25.

The worst Customer Service ever. The website clearly states one thing and they decline at this store. The manager (owner?) doesn’t even try to explain. Just flat out declines what the company should offer. What is the point of having a franchise when you don’t follow the rules of the company?

I've had a mailbox there for more than 30 years with no problems.
But for the last two weeks I've been unable to get a call through to order my mail forwarded, only a recording and messages have not been returned. Is there a problem with this store?

Have heen going here for years. Must be new management. Calla D is new and very rude if not offensive. He wouldn't make eye contact and just barked short sentence orders on what he needed to get transaction done. Maybe he should find a new job if he hates it there so much.

The service used to be great, but since the change in management, it has become terrible. After emailing the store to help a friend get their package, we encountered poor customer service and no resolution. Save your time and sanity by going to another UPS location.

Ordered a label ahead of time and showed my label to the employee to scan who told me “that’s not the kind you scan.”I was confused. I checked my label. Everything seemed to be correct on my end. I waited in line again. He tried scanning my label this time, but couldn’t get it to work. He told me to brighten my screen, I did. He couldn’t get it. It honestly seemed like a faulty scanner. He scanned it once more and said “It won’t work.” And tried to send me on my way.I had already paid for this label.“You could try typing in the number or get someone else to help.” I suggested.He looked up at me like he was mentally wringing my neck. “It’s a problem with your phone. You’ll have to take it up with them.”Eventually the label worked. It did print for him. But he slapped it on my box and threw my box in the in and glared at me as I left. Not nice. I won’t be coming back.

Roger at UPS store #1576 was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He solved a complicated problem in less than 3 minutes, and gave me sound advice on how to send a package that is extremely important to me. I will choose UPS over FedEx for the rest of my life!- Dave

Dude treat me like a thief when I was tring to pick up package on behalf of my girlfriend (we are on the same address, she can't get out because she's right after surgery, I got her disable parking permit and ID).0 empahy.
