customer service on the phone was so great and understanding. I shipped a package to my old address in Idaho on accident and they did all they could including contacting and coordinating with the USPS in Idaho. thank you thank you

I’m pretty self sufficient and just use the post office for drop offs usually but I had Olivia help me with an issue for a international shipment, she was so helpful and helped solve my issue, 5 stars for her !

Post office is always reliable. Sometimes a bit of a line, but the staff stays friendly.
