I would give 5/5 for the carrier on my route, as he probably was organized enough to get my missing package in my mailbox. These folks are probably super busy all day every day, so when they go above and beyond to help recover packages, it's so appreciated. please be nice”

I decided to come here seeing the good rating, and I was not disappointed at all. The staff here was very amicable, helpful, and caring. Although, Crossroads branch is nearer to my place, I will always come back here in the future.”

The staff here is absolutely doing their best. It's clear that the government doesn't value the service they provide.
I got my passport taken care of with none of the hassle I had to go through for my Real ID.
The only thing this place needs is an injection of cash. They already have the integrity, dedication, and compassion.”

“Exceptional experience at this location! We came in early morning for a walk-in passport appointment for our newborn, expecting a long wait, but the entire process took less than 15 minutes. Steve assisted us and he was fantastic—highly efficient, incredibly helpful, and took the time to answer all of our questions. Getting a newborn passport can be stressful, but Steve made it seamless. Highly recommend!”

“I had a really positive experience at this USPS branch. The staff were very kind and patient in answering my questions. In particular, I want to thank one of the supervisors who wears glasses. I do not know his name, but he was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful.
I was confused about why my mail was being sent to my old address, and he quickly helped us identify the issue and resolve it. We also were not very familiar with some USPS tracking and mailing statuses, and he took the time to look into everything for us and patiently answered all of our questions.
I really appreciated his professionalism, efficiency, and willingness to help. Thank you for the excellent customer service.”
“What a wonderful post office! Friendly and efficient staff eager to serve and get customers in and out quickly. Open 8:30-6 pm weekdays and bonus: 9- 3 on Saturday. If you have a debit/credit card, there's a self-serve kiosk 24/7 inside for mailing and more. Due to construction, just go to last building on left and enter via their first driveway. Great experience!”

“I got off the International District train stop and happy to see not one, but TWO U.S. post offices nearby. I was slightly closer to this one (Chinatown), so headed over.
This is a TINY post office, the tiniest I've ever been to. (Good things come in small packages?) There was no self-service kiosk that I could find. There are two counters, but only one postal worker when I was there. He was doing his best, and friendly to the customer in front of me, and to me also.
Got last-minute packing needs? Buy boxes, envelopes, and other packing supplies.
While in line, someone walked in, casually inspected a new, empty envelope, then shoplifted the envelope in plain sight. Another customer and I exchanged looks, then shrugged. :p
Street parking. Credit accepted.”

“Miele? Mele? I’m not positive on the spelling of the postal clerk that holds it down at the Pioneer Square USPS location, but she’s solid GOLD! That location can be sketchy at times to navigate, but I go here because I love interacting with her! She’s SO friendly, upbeat, personable, helpful and inviting. She brings a little bit of home into her space and makes her customers feel like family. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her! Such a smart hire!* Note: This is a small location with one person working. They close for lunch break from 2-3:15”

If I go on a weekday, it’s super fast and easy to use this post office due to the diagonal parking spots easy to get in and out of. On a Saturday, I’ve only had to wait a minute or two to park.

“Want to say Ping is a postal employee Bothell Post office can be proud of. My package was delivered to wrong home (years ago this happened about four or five times a month do that we both have the same house address, different street address, but one block apart).
Ping on my third attempt to get information much effort on her part effort on her part with joy helped me find it. Postman even delivered it to my door, although it fit in the mailbox, but that was very kind of him also didn’t get his name sorry.

“After being told at Wedgwood post office that they could not issue my PM express refund that was not delivered by the guaranteed delivery date in their local office and unavailable online, I was advised to call USPS Customer Service who could. The USPS agent told me I was given incorrect information and advised me to request a refund online or go to a local postal office for an in person refund not necessarily Wedgwood. The postal clerk at Lake City was efficient and well informed, issuing my refund after having me complete a refund form. I could have saved time had I gone to Lake City office first.”
“I recently moved and had forgotten to fill out the updated mailing address slip in the mailbox for my new building. A package I had been waiting for was rerouted since the unit is vacant in their system. When I called directly, the agent on the line gave me an update within a couple of minutes and was able to get the package rerouted back to me by end of day. Much better service than I would have expected. Thank you!”
