Shannon is a great personal trainer and offers group and zoom sessions as well. I always feel like my workout is customized for me and my strengths and weaknesses. I see Shannon 3 times per week and the results have been dramatic. I have increased muscle tone and desired weight loss. Before I started with Shannon my workouts seemed to take forever and I would dread going to the gym. Now I wake up and look forward to getting my sweat on!

I totally and completely recommend Shannon Elmer and Fit For All Personal Training. Shannon offers excellent workouts over zoom. They are such a good mix of weights, cardio, stretching, and modifications as needed. Every workout is different. I never, ever get bored and my muscles stay engaged and surprised, which helps battle those always dreaded plateaus that can come when you’re working out consistently. As someone who enjoys working out and has belonged to a gym for years, the covid shutdowns really threw me and my routine for a loop. Finding these challenging, sweaty, fun workouts via zoom at Fit For All is the best thing I’ve done for myself in a long time. I look forward to the zooms and they motivate me to get up and get moving. If I have to miss a workout, Shannon will send me the recording so I can stay on track. I highly recommend Fit For All and the workouts Shannon provides.

This is a great place to knock out a workout and know that you're in good hands! The daily workouts will challenge the muscles you forgot you had, and whether you enjoy working out with a small group or solo, you've got options.

Online zoom class! Small classes so Shannon can provide feedback for safety and form. Dumbbells, yoga mat and exercise ball is all you need besides the obvious computer, laptop, phone or tablet.

I thought working out with weights would be terrible, but instead, it’s been my favorite part of my workouts with Shannon via Zoom! I love how she has many different classes to choose from and how her personal training has taught me how to exercise the right way, eat better, prep my food and begin a healthier lifestyle. Not only weight is coming off, but Inches are coming off too and I’m feeling great! I highly recommend Shannon and Fit For All Personal Training!

Shannon has years of experience to help you reach your fitness/health goals. I love how real she is and relates to each of her clients at the level they are at. She pushes you to do more and makes sure you are using good form, and proper procedures to get best results. She is fun & a tough trainer in one. I love that she makes her personal small group training courses online!! She has many options available from one on one to small group, accountability and ultrasound body comp testing.

I really can't say enough great things about my experience with Shannon at Fit For All Personal Training. My husband and I are both enrolled in the accountability program and wow, it works! My husband lost 5lbs in his first week alone.My favorite part of the program is the workouts. Due to the Covid situation, Shannon has been leading us through zoom workouts that are amazing (and in the comfort of our own living room). She's very good at tailoring the workouts to your individual fitness and skill level. In each of the exercises she offers suggestions for substitutions you can make to increase or decrease the difficulty level. It's also obvious that she does her homework before each class -she thinks about which muscle groups you've already worked recently and makes sure to design exercises the next time that will compliment those or work alternate muscle groups. By the end of the week I always feel like I've had a total body workout. (And I can see it in the mirror too!) Oooh and check this out...our teenagers have been joining Shannon's workouts too and love them! Our entire family of 4 can get a personalized workout together for LESS than what it would cost 1 of us to have a session with a trainer in a gym!As part of the accountability program, Shannon also helps us with what is our family's most difficult hurdle, nutrition. She is awesome about forwarding suggestions for clean eating recipes and helping us meet our water intake goals. She has taught me how to meal prep for the first time in my life even!Probably the best part about Fit For All Personal Training is that Shannon is REAL. She is fun, funny, shares her own life experiences and family with her clients, and she tailors a program to fit YOU. (Ex: She knows that my husband and I like to unwind with a beer, cocktail or wine often...and she's good with that! She's designed a nutrition plan around that because she understands that in order for this to work, this has to work with our lifestyle.)In short, we just really love Fit For All. We feel better, look better, have better mental clarity, and have found a fun way to contact through exercise with our teenagers (and we all know how difficult that can be sometimes)!

I signed up for 2 days/week classes a few months ago. It just before the COVID-19 shut everything down.I only got 1.5 weeks at her gym but Shannon immediately accommodated all of us by setting up classes via Zoom.At a discounted price too!She went above that even, by loaning out her personal hand weights to us who needed them.She holds me accountable and keeps me excited about each class with her personal attention.I have zero self-discipline and she’s able to keep me going & pushing & moving even from afar.That really says something!Her pricing is reasonable and she is very knowledgeable. I’m seeing improvements and it only makes me want to keep going!Shannon has got a sense of humor and keeps it real; and I never feel I can’t do the class just because I’m not at the pro level.Do I recommend Fit For All?You bet your body health I do!

I had the body fat composition test performed by Shannon for a period of a few weeks. The results from one of the tests were statistically impossible. When I brought up the possibility that there was an error, Shannon insisted there wasn't. Subsequent tests proved that there was indeed an error, but there was never an acknowledgement of the error, nor a refund for that test. All in all the body fat composition test was probably not very accurate since it was done with calipers. I can't speak for the rest of the program, but don't waste your money on the body fat composition test unless the method has changed. PS: Now you're offering a free bf test? A little too late, I think....
