I hate to write a bad review, but I don't want anyone else to get played like we almost did. We went in to get our teen a pair of glasses, he wears contacts so we were just grabbing one pair as a backup. He picked his pair and we brought it to Madison. She said he could pick another pair from the blue section and we would get 2 for $80 (the one pair alone was $70), so we obviously got 2. He ended up getting the same frame but a different color (she offered the info that there were other colors listed on her side). Then, she pointed out the "extras", to which we opted for blue light on one pair, which she said would be $30 extra. In the meantime, our toddler got a little fussy, my husband paid, and we left. I looked at the receipt in the car and saw the total was over $150. I went back inside and asked how it came out to that much, as it looked like we just got charged full price for everything. Madison told me that when we added the blue light, that voided the 2 for $80 deal. When I asked her why she didn't tell us that, she said, "It's the fine print under the sign for the 2/$80". I told her that she was the one who suggested that deal, we didn't see the sign and decide on it ourselves, so she should have mentioned that when she also asked about the extra add ons, to which she said, "I can show you the sign". She then also pointed out that the different color frame (that she suggested) was extra money also.We always read the fine print on things, but again, Madison was the one who suggested the deal so we never saw the sign for the deal. It just seemed sketchy that she started off helpful, and then didn't mention more than one thing.The glasses came in quick, and the other people we've seen there were helpful, but Madison needs to be trained on customer service as to not screw people over.

My frames broke recently and my lenses are an odd shape. And the frames are out of production. The Lacey location helped me locate a source for an exact replacement and today Parker removed the lenses from my old frames and put them in the new ones. Excellent service, could not be happier, especially since I thought I would have to wait until after the holidays to get this resolved. THANK YOU!

Would have been great to get a call saying the doctor won’t be available prior to wasting gas. Why even ask if the patient has ever worn contact lenses before online if the facility can’t even see that information…… ridiculous! And the technician sure had the face to show she was apologetic, NOT! Smiling and telling me I wasted gas is not a good combination! Just an fyi..

Front desk to getting seen by the doctor remotely- was absolutely an amazing experience. We were there toward the end of the night and one of the girls was very anxious to get off work. No acknowledgment of when we had questions of the glasses and other things. She told us to sit down and someone will call us when they have doctor notes - but we had a glass frame question- and she was on her phone and seemed bothered for me to go ask for help. She wanted to do “paper rock scissors” to who will assist me bc she and her coworker had already attended two previous clients. Morgan- immediately said no, I don’t mind helping them and she was super helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. The other person working with her was on her phone unattended to walking clients/patients.

My appt went just fine, but couldn't decide on glasses, so I hope I can get back up there since it's like a 30 min drive and my car is dead right now....I will have to get a ride from someone else and that's been a big hassle... But I do need glasses, badly...thank you

I had the best experience here from the moment I walked in the door. Everyone was so lovely and kind. Nothing like 2 years ago when I was last there... The doctor was virtual. However, everything was extremely thorough and every question I had was confidently answered. This was my best experience yet.

We had appointments at 1240 and 1pm on 9/25/23 at the lacey, wa location. We waited till 330pm and were asked to come back after lunch. I was so disappointed with the service qe received and hoping my kids will actually have the correct prescriptions. Dissatisfied and disappointed.

I came to get new eyeglasses on the last day of insurance and had some pretty complex questions - I was helped by Rowena and she was absolutely amazing. Really helpful and made everything work smoothly like charm. Really thankful

I tried to book an eye exam and they had no physician. The sales attendant told me keep checking online. I did and scheduled a exam online and got a call telling me they still had no physician. I had cancelled my appointment at another place. Why open up appointments if there is no physician?
