I have quite a few old cars. They know me by name when I walk through the door. The new hires are helpful to. When I got frustrated trying to put on a new set of wipers outside the store he came out and figured out a way to secure them by reversing the order of snapping the plastic retainer to the wiper.

I stopped by autozone to ask if they could check the quality of my battery. The store manager, Jim, was more than happy to help me. Not only did he immediately test my battery but when I purchased a new one he gladly installed it for me. He was friendly and helpful and made a stressful situation for me go smoothly and quickly. I really appreciated the fantastic customer service and would highly recommend this store.

Came to this location looking for help with my wipers. I had never replaced mine before and Tristian helped me find a new pair in the rights size for my car. I also had no idea how to install them. Tristian and his boss, I believe was named Rodney, helped me with no problem. They were both knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.

Lazy employees. They have items that are in freight in the back, an empty store, and they won't go unpack it and sell it to me. Not our 1st issue at this location.

employees are usually very helpful, maybe not auto experts but will help you to the best of their ability. decent prices on auto parts and always have whatever i need in stock… get your tools somewhere else though if you can

My cousin and I went to look for a part for her husband. We asked for help finding a bolt and nut size. The male employee in the store was very unhelpful and brushed us off. The female employee, Amariah was very kind, helpful, and made the experience enjoyable :)
