I left a message on May 13 & got a callback within minutes. Triage took care of my dry eye concern & mailed out a package of eyedrops (I live 50 miles away) to use while a prescription was prepared. I got the package on May 14, a mere 30 hours later!! THAT is good customer service. Thank you!
