I was referred by a close friend to Kelly and regardless that I happened to show up on a day he was scheduled Off, Brett took over and walked me through everything from picking one out, all details possible, introduction to the staff, etc. it was a Great experience for me. I thank you all so much at Northwest Harley-Davidson for giving me another check on my bucket list! It was well worth it.
