“I've been to this location before, and was able to get in and out with my purchases, but this time it didn't seem like there were enough cashiers on hand. Otherwise there was a really nice selection of merchandise, the employees were really nice and pretty helpful and the store was very neat and clean.”
“I want to personally give a shout out to the employees at this particular hot topic location in the olympia mall. The associates there were all super helpful and all took the time to take care of me whether it was finding a size or even offered suggestions on things that were also on sale. However, two specific employees that really stood out to me were Castar and Dani. Castor not only went above and beyond with helping me find what I was looking for, but they were also extremely welcoming and honestly a genuine individual. Dani also another sweet employee went out of their way to offer some really cute merch that they havent even put on the shelf yet while I was waiting to use the dressing room. Sadly they only have 1 room, but I wasnt in a rush. Dani was really bubbly and made great conversation while I was waiting for a room. Its employees like Castor and Dani that make going to stores in public a pleasant experience and Hot Topic is lucky to have hired some really amazing employees. Thank you guys for making my shopping experience a really sweet one. <3”
“A friend of mine got me a beaded bracelet with charms and I'm in love. I've been in the store before but never really found anything that I really thought I needed to have. I love looking at all the different stuff they have though and I'm giving 5 stars because of the bracelet and the price. They're so reasonable and the bracelet is being worn daily and it's exceptionally well made. Love it!!!!”

“Sasha absolutely deserves recognition! Every time I’ve interacted with her at Ross Dress for Less, she has been friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. She has the kind of positive attitude that makes a noticeable difference in a customer’s experience.
Great customer service can be hard to find, and Sasha goes above and beyond. She is efficient while still taking the time to make customers feel welcomed and valued, and she represents Ross incredibly well. Employees like Sasha are the reason people want to come back to a store.
I hope management recognizes what an asset she is to the team. She deserves to be acknowledged for the level of service she provides — and, in my opinion, absolutely deserves a raise! Five stars for Sasha!”
“yesterday i went to store 018 at capital mall in olympia washington, while i was there the staff was so nice and were very communicative about their deals and just normal conversations, while they were ringing me up they were giving me cookies that had just gotten door dashed and they were so good, amazing experience i would highly recommend.”

“You MUST stop here if you are traveling through the area! If you like thrifting and/or purchasing vintage items, you are going to love this store. Everything is well curated. It feels like you're stepping into a time machine when you enter the store. A lot of quality, unique finds for an average of $20-40 per item. I've never seen vintage prices that low! This will be a go-to stop for us now whenever we're in the area :)”
“This was my first time shopping at Buckle, and I had such a great experience! I heard about Buckle’s personal shoppers and in-store hemming service, which encouraged me to give the store a try. I downloaded the Buckle app and purchased a pair of jeans for in-store pickup since they were the last pair available. I figured it would also give me a chance to visit the store in person and look around while I was there.
Savannah made my first visit such a positive experience! She stayed with me while I tried on jeans, helped me find different styles, gave me honest feedback on the fit, and assisted me with hemming. She was very knowledgeable about the different brands and really listened to what I liked and what I was looking for instead of simply trying to sell me something.
She continued checking in on me while I shopped for shirts and was there to help when I was ready to check out. Savannah was kind, patient, attentive, and genuinely pleasant to talk with. The store itself was also very clean, organized, and easy to shop around in.
I originally came in to pick up one pair of jeans and ended up leaving with several more because I found so many that I loved! Savannah definitely lived up to all the wonderful things I had heard about Buckle’s customer service. I really appreciated her help and will absolutely be coming back!”

“Not so much as a review on this location, but more as a review of the American Eagle Return policy. The ladies here have always been really helpful. But nowhere else have I been, where if you show up with the tags and the receipts, will they not take the return. Like at least look at the clothes and use your judgement that they’ve never been washed or used.
Or do a better job of organizing clothes. I mistakenly bought the short version of my jeans, and in excitement to wear them, took off the tags put them on and bam- they fit like a glove, but too short. However the short/long/regular are all mixed in together. Still they wouldn’t take the return.”

“Staff is very nice and helpful. There are new additions frequently, and I love the size inclusivity here. A lot of other boutiques don't offer many plus size options. My one critique is that the changing room curtain is a little sketchy, I wish it closed better without gaps on the side. (But at least they have a changing room, unlike some shops)”
