Bank of America ATM (Drive-thru)

“Today I had to rearrange my account. This turned out to be far more complicated than expected, through no fault of BofA. Things like dead cell phone numbers, an unexpected need for my late wife's death certificate, ... The officer (Le) I dealt with could not have been more helpful, spending as much time as was needed (a lot), figuring out the best solution to my issues I very seldom write reviews, but am happy to be able to do so this evening.”

“Go visit Miss Tatiana Turner! She is ALWAYS the most helpful, kindest and personable person I've worked with. I've been in for lost cards, opening new accounts and investment questions plus other miscellaneous questions and every single time I have had no question un-answered or problems un-solved.”

“I'm from out of town and needed my prescription filled as I was running low. I was greeted and was asked for my information and was told it would be 15 -20 minutes for the prescription to be filled and plus what my co-pay would be. So I visited the Starbucks for a cup of coffee inside and walked around through the store and after 20 minutes returned to the pharmacy window and BAM my prescription was ready. I was in and out in under 30 minutes! The employees in the pharmacy were very responsive and professional plus very nice to me.”
