“I became familiar with Timberland Bank when I had to get smaller bills from my cash withdrawal from BECU. They were extremely helpful and friendly so when my husband and I needed a new joint checking account we chose Timberland. We set up our account with Louise at the Pacific Avenue location. We were both very impressed with her professionalism, alacrity, and warmth. Every employee at both branches are stellar and we’re very happy with our alignment with Timberland. “We have been with Olympia Credit Union now for about 8 years. It’s not even because it’s convenient but because we trust that we are getting fair and honest rates. They have treated us like family rather than just another customer. We now live in North Carolina and in the past 2 years we have bought 3 vehicles using OCU. Even with the time difference, they never disappoint. Erin Safford is one of the best loan officers we have ever worked with. She helped us stream line straight through the process of buying vehicles here in North Carolina. She is such a kind person. We appreciate her help, professionalism and honesty with us. We will be using OCU for as long as they will let us.”
“I reached out to FCB to open an account in order to have a local branch for my financial needs. I spoke with Matthew for a good while about my financial needs and goals, and he gave advice he thought was best for me, not just the bank. He explained as a salaried employee, his advice is what's best for the customer, not to get new accounts. He is very pleasant to work with and pulls out all the stops to give you the best answers he can based on his years of experience.
While I did not end up opening an account, if my banking needs change, I will absolutely go to FCB first. Definitely recommend this branch if you need a legitimately friendly local banker.”

We spent a lot of time discussing my financial status and where I could possibly go from here as well, helping educate me on how to better spend money. “I like you guys but you really need to deal with the drive thru situation
It is impossible for members who drive trucks to go thru it without expensive damages to our vehicles
at bare minimum you need to put up signage advising that the drive thru is only for compact cars”

“I have been banking with Oly Fed for almost 20 years. I find their service to be top notch! The Staff work hard to know you by name and you are greeted warmly, when you come in. The Staff take time to understand whatever you are there for and to help ensure your needs are met with professionalism and courtesy. They keep up with the going interest rates on loans and CDs. They are never pushy, but will work with you to see what is possible with loans and CDs. While I do go to different branches when I can, I mostly go to the Yelm Highway Branch, and I think they are the best!”

Jerry really took the time to explain all the different lending products Columbia Bank had to offer and I never felt pressured.
