“We have been with Olympia Credit Union now for about 8 years. It’s not even because it’s convenient but because we trust that we are getting fair and honest rates. They have treated us like family rather than just another customer. We now live in North Carolina and in the past 2 years we have bought 3 vehicles using OCU. Even with the time difference, they never disappoint. Erin Safford is one of the best loan officers we have ever worked with. She helped us stream line straight through the process of buying vehicles here in North Carolina. She is such a kind person. We appreciate her help, professionalism and honesty with us. We will be using OCU for as long as they will let us.”
“I came in to BECU to get a new loan as my prior loan helped a lot with debt issues, and needed a new loan to make it less stressful to move. There was no wait time and I immediately was able to work with Jaclyn to determine what loan offers I could possibly take and get the help I needed.

“I like you guys but you really need to deal with the drive thru situation
It is impossible for members who drive trucks to go thru it without expensive damages to our vehicles
at bare minimum you need to put up signage advising that the drive thru is only for compact cars”
“I don't know why others have negative reviews of this CU. I have had several CU's. Three of them were good in the beginning, and went terribly bad later. TwinStar (now Peak) is one of them. I have always had a great experience with NCU so far (3-5 years I think)?”

“I have been banking with Oly Fed for almost 20 years. I find their service to be top notch! The Staff work hard to know you by name and you are greeted warmly, when you come in. The Staff take time to understand whatever you are there for and to help ensure your needs are met with professionalism and courtesy. They keep up with the going interest rates on loans and CDs. They are never pushy, but will work with you to see what is possible with loans and CDs. While I do go to different branches when I can, I mostly go to the Yelm Highway Branch, and I think they are the best!”

“This is the best bank I’ve ever been to. Every one of the workers here went above and beyond and I wouldn’t necessarily call my situation easy to deal with either. They assisted me well past the scope of what was required of them and went that extra mile. I want to especially mention J.P. Who is a wonderfully kind worker there and helped with things that weren’t even part of her job! She made sure I was able to contact the right people and even took notes on my behalf while I was on the phone to ensure I had everything I needed. There was also another lady who assisted us greatly when we were confused, I’m sad to say I didn’t get her name as she was really so wonderful in such a stressful time.
