Rude old lady that works there don’t waste your time trying to get a U-Haul they are no help went down the road and got a trailer and there are people who were actually wanting to help

Alec the store manager went above and beyond to make my move seamless. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and made me feel welcome the second I walked in. I will definitely be returning and using Lacey U-Haul in the future! ❤️

Alec Haag, store manager, is a wonderful person to work with - I highly recommend using the UHaul at 5200 Lacey Blvd in Lacey WA. Been using them for years and they just blow me away with exceptional equipment and service every time.

Very friendly office staff! Always very welcoming with friendly faces! Have all the packing supplies you might need, along with Uhaul trucks and storage units as well! Very knowledgeable people at this location!

Beware of the fuel tank level prior to leaving - take a picture of it before you leave - and wait there while you check it in. I have rented from this location many times and this is the second time they have charged me. I drove 16 miles - I put in 1.5 gallons - showed my receipt and was charged and additional 2 gallons. #.5 gallons for 16 miles. Going to Oly Uhaul from now on. Thanks - no thanks.

Alec was amazing. He gave me a tour of the facility and I could see how nice it was. I wasn't sure if I wanted a Uhaul or not and he went over everything with me and answered all my questions. He's truly an asset to this company

Very friendly staff at the front desk! Answered all my questions about renting a Uhaul, pricing, and different options for what I need to move! Informed me that they do have storage units here and not just uhauls! Little bit of an older facility but the friendly staff here at express storage makes it so much better! Having a facility open 7 days a week is something that I look for in a place if I need help with something!
I believe the man at the desks name was Alec and he was absolutely a joy to talk too while cracking jokes and giving me advice and information I needed for me upcoming move!

I love the 24 hrs access. And that the large bay doors are accessible directly by driving up to them. I expressed how important 24 hrs access was, but that didn't stop them from changing the access hours to closed from 11p.m until 6a.m. now I'm at the unit during business hours, and knowing there was someone in the office, I have Restroom emergency, no one else anywhere, but he cannot let me use the restroom. Funny, the policy with employees has been to let me use it, but the manager can't. Doesn't that seem backwards? I couldn't pack my things back into the unit before I left to hunt down a restroom. DON'T RENT FROM HERE.

WARNING!! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!
This is not a secure place to store your belongings. They do not have security and poor cameras. My unit got broken into and had over $4k worth of valuables taken. Since the stolen belongings did not turn up online, it was likely an inside job from the owners and employees themselves. THEY STEAL FROM THEIR OWN TENANTS!!!
