“If you have a chronic disease that makes working out tough, I highly recommend KC as a personal trainer. He's super patient, modifies workouts to avoid pain/discomfort, and is great at communicating and offering encouragement! The gym is very clean and a great environment to workout in.”

“I had my daughter’s third birthday party here. I was upset at first because the space wasn’t what I expected or was shown when I did a walk through before. Since the party was all three year olds it didn’t make sense to be up the flight of stairs in an open space.
But the two workers that were there that day heard our concerns and did everything they could to make the party perfect. They went above and beyond to make sure my kid had such a fun and special day!”
