“I have visited here several times in the last year for different lab orders. My experience has always been positive. They have a very helpful, and friendly staff. Checking in is easy and the wait times have not been long. Arrived at 815am and was on my way home by 830 after having my blood drawn.”

“Highly recommend this comfortable, friendly place! I had an infected cyst that was causing me a lot of pain whenever I moved, and they were able to get me an appointment within two days; to my pleasant surprise, Kellie was able to drain the cyst right on the spot, which almost instantaneously relieved all my pain. She and all the staff members will explain every process in simple terms to you so you are fully aware of what's going on. Very underrated place??”

“Very friendly people working here. They're also great at taking blood samples. Perfectly done every time I've needed to go in for tests. What's really interesting is every technician / phlebotomist seems to be different every time, but each one has treated me respectfully. They're all polite, listen to how I usually give blood best, and they care. They also tend to play some good music while waiting and hanging out while drawing blood. So that's always nice too.”

“They're very efficient, usually in and out in a timely manner and very professional. They, however, haven't updated their hours for most of the clinic sites since the beginning of the pandemic on search sites.”

“Immediately greeted and good Covid precautions available at front door. Called back within minutes to have blood drawn (have had to do this multiple times in past few months and every single time the technicians have expertly gotten my veins which are NOT easy ! Excellent .”

“I've been coming to this Quest Lab for a couple of years doing labs every month or two / standing orders so lots of experience. I have only had only great experiences with the staff here. So the 5 stars is for the local staff (definitely not corporate). They have always been skilled phlebotomists who are very pleasant to work with (also had a good experience in Lakewood). This week I'd say Tessa is the best I've ever encountered. Cheery, highly skilled, caring and compassionate. While I'm not a fan of how long it takes to get an appointment & the billing being wrong almost every freaking month. It's quest's problem, they bill it wrong every time. We spend hours on the phone with corporate and someone promises on the phone they've corrected all the mistakes on the records only to have it happen over and over and over and over again. Why they can't straighten it out is beyond me. This has nothing to do with the local staff but they have to hear the complaints. I've been shocked by the way customers scream and curse (heard it with my own ears) at them because they hate the check in kiosk. Local staff gets yelled at because people have to wait a week or two to get an appointment which has nothing to do with local staff. I personally have never been in a friendlier lab. Kudos all goes to the local staff. I wish customers didn't take out their frustration with corporate process on local people who have nothing to do with it. So congrats on the staff at this location and double Tessa's pay”

“Staff is helpful, patient, and friendly. Four start because there is absolutely no sign and if you need to stay in business, better advertise. Thank you for staying open on Saturdays for students to get their labs done.”

“This location is open a half hour earlier and a half hour later than other locations. As with the other LabCorp clinics, they do not update their hours, so you should always call each location before you go.”
