I absolutely LOVE Robin. She is one of the best phlebotomists I have ever seen. She was able to get my veins perfectly the first try (which is rare for me) and its painless, which is perfect for a whimp like me.

The technicians did an excellent job. I did have to wait a while because I walked in however This place has something amazing: a queue. There is a screen that shows you your place in line; I prefer a screen rather than some nebulous idea of my place in line.
