“I have been going to this lab for years as a walk-in. Staff is always helpful, professional, and friendly. They also have a kiosk for checking in which is very easy to use making it very efficient. I walked in around 8:45 and I was done and walking out by 9:00. I highly recommend this lab especially now when the medical field seems to be treating patients more as a number then a person. I appreciate the human interaction.”

The whole experience was very efficient. I was worried because I’ve fainted the past couple times and she took the time to care and even offered a lay down bed if needed.”

“I always have such a great experience here. Sometimes they have longer wait times (that’s why making an appointment is important), but keep in mind you don’t know what’s going on in the back with each patient. I had a difficult vein one day and the girl drawing blood took the time to heat up my veins with a heat pack and was so gentle with each poke. Eventually had to move to the hand which I hear is supposed to hurt but it didn’t one bit. Sure it took a bit longer but it was painless and I was so grateful she didn’t try to rush it. I have anxiety with blood draws and they are always so accommodating. I feel like they’ve been with me through this journey and one of the girls specifically that draws my blood the most has been such a cheerleader through it all. I will not go to another location!!”
