“I haven't had a terrible experience getting my blood drawn here the phlebotomists are incredibly nice. They have snacks afterwards and they let me play music.”
“I have been going to this lab for years as a walk-in. Staff is always helpful, professional, and friendly. They also have a kiosk for checking in which is very easy to use making it very efficient. I walked in around 8:45 and I was done and walking out by 9:00.
I highly recommend this lab especially now when the medical field seems to be treating patients more as a number then a person. I appreciate the human interaction.”
“I have had lots of lab draws here and have always had a great experience. Today I almost passed out and the phlebotomist was so kind, put an ice pack on my neck and helped me until I was feeling better. Went totally above and beyond and was so helpful.
It’s also always clean and when I have scheduled appointments they have always been on time.”
“I always have such a great experience here. Sometimes they have longer wait times (that’s why making an appointment is important), but keep in mind you don’t know what’s going on in the back with each patient. I had a difficult vein one day and the girl drawing blood took the time to heat up my veins with a heat pack and was so gentle with each poke. Eventually had to move to the hand which I hear is supposed to hurt but it didn’t one bit. Sure it took a bit longer but it was painless and I was so grateful she didn’t try to rush it. I have anxiety with blood draws and they are always so accommodating. I feel like they’ve been with me through this journey and one of the girls specifically that draws my blood the most has been such a cheerleader through it all. I will not go to another location!!”
“I made an appointment same day, and was seen within 5 or 10 minutes of checking in. My phlebotomist, Robyn, was lovely! Very skilled and pleasant to chat with. Blood draw was quick and painless. I'd recommend an appointment - there were people waiting longer than me because they didn't have an appointment.”

“I was in for a highly specialized test, so much so that after an hour trying to confirm how to get it done, there were a number of things that had to happen. Loren went way beyond the call of duty to work with me and my doctor to ensure the time sensitive test was done. In my experience it is infrequent that such time and effort is expended to obtain outstanding medical care.”
