“There are many things about US Bank that I appreciate. I appreciate the number of locations across the US that I can go to a bank. Even the small ones that I go to, such as ones I go to in the grocery stores, the teller could do notarization, and it is free. They also have all kinds of services, other than just the saving and checking accounts. I was unhappy when my checking was no longer an interest bearing account, but with today's interest rates, I guess that it wouldn't do much good anyway. I am glad I don't have any monthly fees for my accounts.”

Things like dead cell phone numbers, an unexpected need for my late wife's death certificate, ... The officer (Le) I dealt with could not have been more helpful, spending as much time as was needed (a lot), figuring out the best solution to my issues I very seldom write reviews, but am happy to be able to do so this evening.”
